Versailles, OH – Downspout to Catch Basin Installation

This customer reached out to us, and explained that they were having issues with excess water entering their basement due to how much both of their sump pumps were running. We recommended and completed the following for them:

• Installed 60 ft. of 4 in. tile from downspouts to catch basin in the front yard. This would remove water discharging at the foundation, so water doesn’t leach down to the basement anymore.
• The new tile also lessened the volume of water that the sump pump will have to pump. Which in turn lessens the risk of basement flooding, less work on sump pump (won’t have to replace pump as often) and saves on energy costs.
